DIY mistletoe!

Happy Holidays everyone!
Isn't this the best time of the year? I love this time of the year because I am able to have this wonderful, two week break with my family, and to reflect on all of the blessings in my life, and the Savior. Christmas is such a special holiday and I hope we all remember the true meaning of this sacred day!
A few weeks ago, my roommate and I decided to have a little fun and make our own mistletoe for outside of our dorm! It is super easy and you will be able to make it without leaving your home!

Things you need:
1. scissors
2. ribbon/ twine/ yarn (your preference)
3. plants

To do:
All you need to do for this is go into your yard, neighborhood park, backyard, whatever you choose, and clip a variety of plants in shades of green, brown, and hopefully you will have access to some shrubury that is a shade of red!
Next, assort your plant clippings in a bouquet format to your liking. You don't need to many plants for this, once again, it is totally your preference!
Lastly, all you need to do, is use your choice of ribbon or twine and tie all of the plants together at the top. Feel free to tie it into a bow like we did to make it look even cuter!
That is it!!
It was so easy wasn't it?
Good luck making your own!

Happy holidays everyone!
& be sure to check out all of the festive candles out right now; this one is my favorite from Bath and Body Works!
